Around the Grounds: Round 17 

The minor round finished with the 3 Port Pirie sides all having big wins over their opposition.

Stand outs for the round came from Hugo Wallace from the Lions with 7 goals, and Marco Caputo from Solomontown with 8 goals. These 2 players fought out the finish of the League goalkicking award and both have been outstanding players for their respective clubs in 2025.

The semi finals begin this week where we see Central Augusta again doing battle with the Lions in the knockout final, and the other game seeing Solomontown going up against Port, with the winner of that game progressing to the Grand Final.
